broken off and large areas of water intrusion were left open for monthsThis contractor has stated he will finish the job over and over for five monthsI have no faith that they have any intent to do the job much less do it correctly

They finally came out and installed the windows

Part of contract is for some rotted wood replacement, the most severe has been replaced, how ever did discover some additional sills needing replacement.planning on completion by 12/31/

Response is customer will be refunded by 4/03/

I am rejecting this response because: Before I accept the response I would like to know if I will be getting the full $backSince they had previously claimed that they delivered pieces vs a box of 9. So I don't want to accept before I know what the amount of the refund will beJust in case my refund is only the cost of pieces

This customer was serviced 1 day prior to receiving this complaint!!also they were given 2 services that were caused by damage & are chargeable!but no charge service was given !all issues were satisfied !

Customer has received installation of the final two windows, the wraps were already completed previously, he had requested that two doors be wrapped in addition to contract outstanding balance is $340, warranty will be issued after balance is paid in full . This job is complete

I am rejecting this response because: I have never received any siding from them.  I have emails and texts that never give a date when anything will be delivered except for "soon".

Rotted wood replacement is on the contract which means there was a rotted wood and or exposure to the elements prior to green source ever arriving, wood replaced thus far has been custom-made wood drip cap over 2 windows that are mulled together, also new felt under payment installed w/ new 5/4 x6" exterior trim board not of which cover entire width of both windows these were sealed to existing stucco , remaining rot for this opening is at the bottom which is the sills for both, which we have not disturbed to datebefore , during & after pictures have been taken.greensource also discovered additional rot issues that will be considered add ons at this point.Green source had planned on completing this project the week of the 27th please advise?

10/1/15 and 10/2/15 as to how the issue was resolved. Very unprofessional. Very untrustworthy company. I sent on 10/2 that the window is fixed but feel it is very important that you review the information submitted. The proprietors' Service people did not even work for him and only helped from time to time. I was told by him tat he was too far away on a job, but in fact he was at home as relayed y his Service guys(neighbors).

Green Source Windows called and told me that they had the window done on June 8, 2015. They had replied to me through the Revdex.com that they would have the window installed by May 28, 2015. I needed my window replaced because I was having my house sided and they couldn't prolong it any longer so my hired carpenters purchased a window and installed it. When they called on June 8th I told them that it was too late and the circumstances behind it. They never followed up with me after stating that they would put the window in by May 28th and they never came out and installed it so I did what I had to do and hired someone else to finish the job. I would still like to receive compensation on both the amount of the window that they charged me for and I already paid for and for them to pay for the labor that I also had to pay someone for installing the window. They installed all of the other windows on October 31 2014, so I feel like I gave them more than enough time to follow through and finish the job.

Correct window has been in warehouse since May 12 th customer refuses window.

Spoke to customer via telephone on 01/26/16 set up a service call for 02/02/16 complaint is 1 window gets frost on interior bottom.
No other issues.
