We received this complaint after connecting via text with the homeowner. The door had been serviced in the spring but as per her email,...
a leak has appeared, an appointmnet was schedueld [redacted]
The correspondance betwwen [redacted] has been ongoing with an email papertrail. The scheduler, myself, had been on vacation until the morning of [redacted] when an email was sent to complainant and therefore a crossover in this Revdex.com complaint & our scheduling.
I believe everything will be settled soon.

The company owner came by on [redacted] to assess the problem. He assured that Sarty will be ordering and installing a new door and repairing the damage at no cost. I do not have anything on paper from Sarty to back that up. Sarty is a reputable company. I am hoping it will indeed be settled as outlined.

Covering your chimney with siding is cosmetic at best.Vinyl siding has weep holes for water to escape.
You had stated , yet we have no written quote, that our salesman said $[redacted] would
provide a cap to chimney,
So on our conversation, if you are saying you are willing to pay that, we will proceed with the work of having one made.
[redacted]" Previous work was completed by Sartys in 2013&2014. They never called us for any issue until after hiring another company, thus voiding our workmanship warranty. We have also offered to send $[redacted] in previous email prior March, but was not accepted. That $[redacted] offer stands.
