I concur completely with my son, Steve C[redacted]’s, assessment and the way he handled the customer who complained. We go out of our way to try and satisfactorily serve our customers. is a small Borough and from the start our business has been based on word of mouth advertising. Three of our customers are large car dealers; [redacted] (both branches) and [redacted] - [redacted]. These are our pickiest customers, and we have been doing business with them for over 4 years now. You may contact each used car manager for a reference of our work.Eveiy once in a while, we get customers who do not understand exactly what “detailing” is and do not understand paint problems they are having with their vehicle. At Green Steam we work with these clients explaining our detailing process and educating them in our products, methods and results. I’m sorry things didn’t work out with [redacted]. Steve is excellent with our customers and I know he explains every' question they have fully and tells them exactly what we can and cannot do with their various paint problems. Hov/ever, I understand that for whatever reason we cannot please all our customers 100% of the time. We have a policy that if something is missed on a customer’s car we will make it right. But, again, this does not apply to paint problems that are beyond our control.Sincerely,Gary C.Owner

Date: Mon, Nov 13, 2017 at 1:19 PMThis is in response to the answers from Green Steam Solution concerning my 1991 [redacted].  I did not file a complaint to start nit picking.  I filed an honest complaint against Green Steam because they destroyed the clear coat on my car.  I never picked any clear coat from my vehicle.  I showed Steve where the paint was coming off.  I took a can of red paint I purchased a few months prior and gave it to Steve to touch up the paint.  Only a few very small areas.  There was nothing wrong with the clear coat until I picked my vehicle up after the detailing was done by Green Steam.  My major complaint is that because of the clear coat bubbling on my vehicle, the car lost value.  I have no intention of going back and forth with this company.  What I said was truthful and Steve did not tell the truth.  It does not matter if anyone else has complained, I did.  That doesn't mean there were not any problems with the company.  It just means no one wanted to be involved in complaints.  I had an owner of a company that does detailing and has for 20 years, look at my vehicle.  The owner stated "oh yea, they steamed the car."  Steve can deny all he wants, he can lie all he wants, that does not make it right what was done to my vehicle.  I made Steve aware when I would be picking up the vehicle.  Again, he knew I was going out of the state. He made it sound like I was leaving my vehicle there for storage.  I will contact Angie's List, Home Advisors, and whatever site I can and let people, would be customers, know that Green Steam is not a company you want to take your car to for detailing.  Again, they can say they are a reputable company, that does not make it so.    Thank You.   [redacted]
