products that they sell.  Customers purchase their products and pay those distributors, not us.  With that being said, we do stand behind our product 100% I have contacted the customer today and left a message for her.  We will send her a completely new machine that is updated so the problems will not happen anymore, along with some brushes that she was promised.  For a refund, she would have to dispute with her credit card or contact the distributor directly
