I would like to share my experience with Green Stock Solar and the owner David Peterson
I had been researching solar for nearly years before finally deciding to move forward I spoke with more than companies by phone and received estimates – of them in person from salesman visiting my home All of them were either above my budget or selling a package that didn’t suit my needs (e.gleasing vs buying) I nearly gave up on my search, determined to do it myself with the help of an electrician That's when I found Green Stock Solar
With such a long and disappointing search I was skeptical of all solar companies trying to sell me something I did not need but after speaking with David, his genuine and sincere approach won me over His price was better than any of the others but more importantly his honesty and integrity was apparent from the very first conversation I had with him on the phone He came to my home to review my needs and we discussed a package that suited both my budget and my electrical usage I decided to move forward with him and I have never been so happy about a contractor decision in my life I have owned my home for years and hired dozens of contractors during this time for various projects I can honestly say Green Stock Solar is by far the best contractor I have ever hired From before the sale until long after the installation (more about that below) his work ethic and quality of workmanship was second to none
He did what he said he was going to do He did it on time His crew was professional and considerate No mess, no fuss, no excuses of why something went wrong or why they got delayed or why it was going to cost more than we agreed These guys did the job cleanly and with no up-charging of any kind No disappointments
David called me three times AFTER the installation Once to make sure I was happy with the job Second to explain what I should expect from PG&E regarding the electrical meter swap and the third time to make sure PG&E completed it This is great customer service Rarely do you find a contractor who is this good in any field but especially in the solar industry
I would recommend Green Stock to anyone who is looking to install solar If solar is in your future then Green Stock Solar should be your contractor….period!
