When Mr.[redacted] listing ended with Green Street Real Estate Mr. [redacted] requested that we send him the house keys that were in the lock box.  We contacted the company that removes our equipment at the property on November 21st so that we could recover his keys. office I removed the keys and placed them, as well as a business card and thank you note, inside an envelopeaddressed to Mr. [redacted].  Fast forward a couple weeks, on December 3rd Mr. [redacted] emailed the listing agent of his property inquiring on his keys. The agent replied letting him know that the keys were mailed to him.  Mr. [redacted] then checked his mail and saw our envelope.  Mr. [redacted] at that point claims that the business card and note were in the envelope but not the keys to his house.  The agent let me know of the situation and I called Mr. [redacted] on December 5th.  I did speak to Mr. [redacted] on the phone and that time he wanted $633 to re-key his house (he also emailed this amount to[redacted]).  In our conversation I went through the process of obtaining his key through the time that I sealed them in an envelope and mailed them to his residence.  He was just as adamant about not having the keys as I was about sending the keys.  On December 8th I received a certified letter with a new estimate inside for $275.00.  Although I am 100% positive that the keys were mailed to Mr. [redacted] and all items but the keys were received by Mr. [redacted] the agent has sent a check to Mr. [redacted] so that he could have his home rekeyed.  We feel that we have responded to Mr. [redacted] and remedied the situation in the manner he requested.

Revdex.com:
After my initial emails regarding my lost keys to Green Street Real Estate, after writing complaint letters to your company, T[redacted] and certified letters to Green Street Real Estate, yes, I have "finally" received a check for the amount of $275.00 to re-key my home: I am finally satisfied with this matter.   As a matter of information to file: I never received any keys that they allegedly mailed to my home and they should have never "mailed" me those items which were of paramount importance in a non-certified letter to begin with: very unprofessional of them to do. Again, the matter is resolved.

Review: I had received a card in the mail about Green Street Real Estate to sell my home. I had talked with a Mr. [redacted], an agent for them and he drove to my home to inform me about his company. I subsequently obtained the company's service. After a couple or more months, I had terminated them around Nov. 1st and was waiting a week or more for my home keys (the keys were in their lock box). After numerous emails regarding the status of the delivery of keys to me, I received an email that they mailed the keys to me. I had received a letter with a business card and a sticky note from Green Street Real Estate, but, no keys were inside. I emailed Mr. [redacted], that, since my keys were lost, and due to their failure to delivery keys to me properly and safely (non-certified letter), they needed to re-key my home, since my keys were "out there floating around." Their broker, a Ms. [redacted], called me a day or two after my email and was very adamant about not re-keying my home. I took the first step and wrote them a letter-to-resolve the issue, mailed December 8, 2014 and had informed them to please mail me a certified check (I had as an attachment, a copy of the bid from a lock/key company); the amount was for $275.00. On December 15, Ms. Williamson emailed me, stated their legal department was to give me a call: it never happened. I also informed them in my letter, that if they chose not to send me a check to re-key my home, I would write of complaint letter to the Revdex.com of Arizona.

Bottom line summary: They lost my home keys and as a matter of principal, they need to pay the cost to re-key my home. Those extra keys are in someone else's possession.Desired Settlement: A certified check, in the amount of $275.00, made out to [redacted], to re-key my home.

Would not recommend. Bought in July and still have major unresolved issues with landscaping, HVAC, cracks, pool equipment, fixes recommended from inspection, etc 3 months later. It has been a real disappointment after investing our life savings. The 2 year builder warranty they sold us on does not exist..no documentation and none has been provided after several requests. As a buyer you have no idea who to bring your request to as there are no processes in place. It's a 4 year old company after all. The project manager is a glorified baby sitter with no authority. As it stands we are left with having to pursue the registrar of contractors and litigation to get what we paid for. It's unfortunate. I think the designs are nice, layouts are good but there are plenty of good quality builders in the Arcadia, central Phoenix area. I would urge anyone to consider who built your house, their history, quality and after sale warranty work before buying.
