When Mr[redacted] listing ended with Green Street Real Estate Mr [redacted] requested that we send him the house keys that were in the lock box We contacted the company that removes our equipment at the property on November 21st so that we could recover his keysOnce the lockbox was delivered to our office I removed the keys and placed them, as well as a business card and thank you note, inside an envelopeaddressed to Mr*** Fast forward a couple weeks, on December 3rd Mr [redacted] emailed the listing agent of his property inquiring on his keysThe agent replied letting him know that the keys were mailed to him Mr [redacted] then checked his mail and saw our envelope Mr [redacted] at that point claims that the business card and note were in the envelope but not the keys to his house The agent let me know of the situation and I called Mr [redacted] on December 5th I did speak to Mr [redacted] on the phone and that time he wanted $to re-key his house (he also emailed this amount to [redacted] ) In our conversation I went through the process of obtaining his key through the time that I sealed them in an envelope and mailed them to his residence He was just as adamant about not having the keys as I was about sending the keys On December 8th I received a certified letter with a new estimate inside for $ Although I am 100% positive that the keys were mailed to Mr [redacted] and all items but the keys were received by Mr [redacted] the agent has sent a check to Mr [redacted] so that he could have his home rekeyed We feel that we have responded to Mr [redacted] and remedied the situation in the manner he requested
