Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: NYC tax legislation was effective at the time Green Street Solar came to my house and proposed the contractIt is not a matter of numbers being worked a little bit offThe legislation offer property tax discount based on the sole cost of the solar systemIf you, like in my case, were doing also the roof, this expense was not participating in the property tax discount calculationThe total cost of the system (i.ewith roof cost added) is to be used with Federal Tax discount only, not for the calculation of the property tax discount.Green Street Solar knew this at the time they sent their salesperson to my house, but I think this aspect was mistaken on purpose to make the numbers looking a little betterIn fact, considering the proposed system without the extra 1,300$ of tax abatement, with my average electric bill saving of 130$/month, it will take another year in terms of payback period for the investment to be repaidI would have probably dropped the offer or asked for a discount having known this aspect at the time of signing a contract with Green Street Solar In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I have attached *** *** contract he referenced He is a bit off on his numbers, but I see what he is speaking about Our contract goes over numbers based on what our predesign is job costing Since the racking at the time of sale was TBD, we didn’t have a complete
system costThe NYC DOB and DOF dictates the tax abatement amount and it is also based on tax liability of the customer.We discuss with our customer that these tax incentives are based on local legislation and tax liability We are not accountants and cannot give tax advice.Please let me know if you require any additional information on this matter

In reference to *** ***, we are not the installers of his system We were simply the sales team He is a customer of *** They completed the installation portion of this job.Unfortunately, due to this being a *** Direct job, I do not have access to any of his

If I have to have service done, I contact them and they contact the appropriate party to have the service completed. So how come all of a sudden they have nothing to do with my situation? Between Green Street Solar and [redacted] Direct, they both team up to bring the finished product to fruition. Since my initial complaint, I have been in contact with [redacted] directly, not [redacted] Direct, to try and resolve this situation that Green Street Solar and [redacted] Direct have created and screwed up. In regards to [redacted] complaint number [redacted], we went to the customer home on December [redacted] 2016 and looked into the inverter error.  There was an issue with the seal of the combiner box causing some shorting.  This issue was repaired and the system has been optimally operating...
