We were contracted by *** in July of The price of the job was
$to clean bedrooms, a loft and one flight of stairsWhen the job was agreed upon, we discussed that with heavy traffic areas, such as the stairs, that if staining and substantial wear was present on the carpet, results could vary as this is cleaning not repairAs a local business, we do offer free service calls for any job completed that the customer is not satisfied and would be willing to offer this to ***, even though the cleaning was completed last year

The work was just awfulYes it was a year agoI am not asking for anythingJust want people to know that the carpet cleaning I got was bad It was fast expensive and unprofessional I have been getting my carpet cleaned for many years.I know how it is done as well as how long it takes.That's all.I was also told they were going to spot clean,they did notThey may have sprayed something but that is not spot cleaning ,
