I am rejecting this response because: I already provided Green T with a $down payment and I have no assurance that they will furnish and install the "right" sealant in The work is incomplete, and it was GreenT's agreement that specified a $down payment, with the balance paid in full upon completion I fulfilled my obligation and will pay the balance once I visually see that the work is done

This year Green T did perform the service that we were contracted to do for Mrs. [redacted] on July 5th, 2016. Cleaning, sanding and sealing brick pavers is usually a two day process, on day one the pavers are cleaned and power-washed, and on day two the joints are re-sanded and then the sealer is...

applied, but due to ideal weather conditions at that time we did not need to wait until the next day for the pavers to dry in order to apply the sand and sealer to the pavers as they were sufficiently dry. The miscommunication was that Mrs. [redacted] had requested a HIGH gloss sealant be applied, but we applied a LOW gloss sealant. When Mrs. [redacted] called to inform us that she was not happy with the service provided she was quite vocal and informed our general manager that she did not wish for us return to her property at any time. Our General Manager called Mrs. [redacted] in attempt to address her concerns, but was unable to reach her directly, and did a leave voicemail July 11th, 2016.  Green T has consulted with our supplier for the sealer as to how best to rectify the situation as we wanted to be sure the high gloss sealer and the low gloss sealer would interact safely if we were to apply the High Gloss Sealer over the Low Gloss sealer and we were advised not to do this.  Since we cannot reseal the pavers, because we already applied a sealant, and it is not recommended to do so again. We are willing to reseal it again next year. The sealant has already absorbed, and if we applied a different sealant over top, it may not work this year. We have attempted to speak with Mrs. [redacted] regarding this resolution; however, she has not returned the General Managers calls.   We have 2 options to resolve the issue:   First, we can wait until next year and re-do the sealant in the early spring at no additional charge. Second, we can take $100 off of the bill for services provided of $756, that would be the cost of the sealant so another company can provide the service if Mrs. [redacted] so chooses. As we did complete the services, we would request payment still be made.

As a family owned business we pride ourselves on our exceptional service, it is important to us to always provide the best possible results while working with our customers and to educate them on the issues that may be present in the lawn. to were actually a type of grass, this type of grass is difficult to control, however, we do offer a special treatment for it that will require seeding after done to fill in the bare areas that it was present. After reviewing Mrs. [redacted] account we see that we have been in contact several times, most recently 7/19/2017. Seeing as we came to an agreement already to credit the account $59, we currently show a zero balance on the account and will send a statement confirming that as well.
