To Whom it May Concern, We have had a chance to thoroughly review Mrs [redacted] ’s account and see what services were provided for herThe balance in question is for only applications of a step program, and Mrs [redacted] signed up for our service on April 8th, As Mrs [redacted] signed up in the beginning of spring, as weeds become most active, we began providing serviceMrs [redacted] cancelled shortly after, only receiving applications and service call from a manager to address her concerns of weedsOur manager identified the issue was some weeds, but overall was a result of wild grasses overtaking the lawn, which a basic weed control and fertilization cannot help withA weed control program is just that, a control, not a preventativeAs it seems we have a miscommunication of what our services were there to provide and accomplish, we are willing to write off the balance with the understanding that this is not a service issue pertaining to weeds or lack of service, but rather an issue with wild grasses and not having a longer period of time to benefit the lawnAs a resolution, as of today 2/14/the balance owed of $will be credited to a $balance owed- [redacted] General Manager

As a family owned business we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer serviceIt is important to us to always provide the best possible resolution to any issues that ariseMr*** was a customer from through 9/25/Our last service provided was done 9/22/The balance in question
was services provided 7/16/and 9/12/totaling the $*** spoke with *** on 11/28/and 12/6/17, and at that time, *** forwarded the customer concerns to the General ManagerThe balance at that time was credited in hopes that a future business relationship could be possible

To Whom it may Concern, We take every customer call very seriously, Green T's Guarantee is second to none in the industry. We do not charge extra for service calls (in between application revisits), and we don't stop until the job is done. Lawn conditions are determined by the weather, and...

the Midwest has extreme conditions of excessive rain, extreme heat, and drought periods. Nutsedge is a water based grassy-weed that flourishes under these conditions, and the effectiveness of our treatment depends on some cooperation from Mother Nature. As we all know, this season has been one of the extremes in one way or another all season long, and these conditions are prime growing times for both nutsedge and crabgrass. We do offer to all of our customers free service calls in between regularly scheduled applications. As mentioned before, the weather has a direct effect on the outcome of our applications, and we will do what needs to be done to get the job done, no matter what. The most important part of Green T is that we always answer calls and are always willing to go back and retreat. We do pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and I apologize if you feel that our representative seemed "begrudging", our employees are all trained to handle customer concerns with the utmost respect. We would like to offer Mr and Mrs [redacted] another treatment at no charge, and allow us to finish with the rest of the treatemnts for the year. We do a 7 step application for a reason, lawn care is a process, and sometimes takes a full season to begin to see the true results take place.

It is this incident that we want our money back. We paid for a service that was not delivered in a quality manner. This technician was definitely not following the "Second to None" policy of the company and us as the customer were not " ... handle customer concerns with the utmost respect" by not providing us with the $54.00 worth of service.
