We did do mr*** install, in the beginning we told mr.*** we would do the install for $2,if we had to buy any parts, 1,if he purchased all partsYet we bought the double check backflow for him and paid for city permit and mentioned to mr.*** that we will be working on his
job much as possible as we have other clients as wellWe also mentioned it would take longer to finish because of our schedule, and we have been in contact with mr *** through the whole processNot once did we not follow through with what was discussed with mr.***only problem we had was it took longer than mentioned, a week more than saidAnd when install was finished we had inspection done and passed with cityThen upon completiond we had landscaper come in behind us and fertilize the trencehed areas to help with grass regrowthMr.*** is upset it took longer than said and only paid $1,of the $2,agreed upon in beginningWe let it go cause of the longer time took to finish job

I am rejecting this response because: GTI did not state they would be doing other jobs while working on mineThat is a completely statementThe price was and job requirements were agreed upon before any work startedThe complete job requirements for GTI was confirmed and agreed uponThere statements are and I had to bury much of the pvc as it was sitting on top of the yard exposed throughout the front and back yardsI then had to purchase dirt and sod to fill and cover the exposed pvcGTI had tried to have another company come in and do the job for themThe owner of that company said that GTI did not know what they were doing and he did not trust them as they did not follow through with their commitmentsAt that time my yard was torn up and pvc was laying everywhere in the yard and drivewayI have photos of the exposed pvc and yard after GTI and their yard team were throughI have several neighbors who can testify to what occurred and much of what was discussedI have asked the Revdex.com to help rectify this situation as I am asking for $to be paid to me from GTI, half of the agreed amount due to their breech of the agreement and the work I had to do to complete their jobPlease let me know what the my next action is at this time.
