Knetter Tree Services came to my house in Columbia City and were to take a tree down..... he brought the tree down right on my $2,000 fountain! He said he had insurance and would take care of it, said I didn't need to pay him for the services that day, but I did anyways! I paid him even though he broke my expensive fountain because he said he had insurance and would take care of it. Well, a year later I have yet to hear from him! I've tried to contact him numerous times via phone messages, text messages, and facebook (personal and his business one) and no response or anything! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!
