As per my conversation with the Revdex.com, I am responding to the complaint I sent a crew out to check the irrigation system, which they didThey cleaned out the sprinkler heads of sand and adjustedCleaned out valves of sand and check the entire system to make sure it was working properlyThe crew replaced some of the sprinkler heads that were clogged with sand at no chargeOn the invoice it was recommended to have the well checked because of the excess of sand since the irrigation system was from a well Mrs [redacted] felt that we were promoting a well service but all we did was recommend she have the well checked for sand and low water pressureThe Crew did little things for Mrs [redacted] per her request that she was not billed forShe was billed for hours at per hourThe bill has not been paidAttached is a copy of the invoiceSubmitted by Martha Tolliver

Knetter Tree Services came to my house in Columbia City and were to take a tree downhe brought the tree down right on my $2,fountain! He said he had insurance and would take care of it, said I didn't need to pay him for the services that day, but I did anyways! I paid him even though he broke my expensive fountain because he said he had insurance and would take care of itWell, a year later I have yet to hear from him! I've tried to contact him numerous times via phone messages, text messages, and facebook (personal and his business one) and no response or anything! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!

When we were called to go out and check her system that was all she wanted and make sure it was workingWe checked the system and it was working just fine after we cleaned out the sand with the recommendation to have her well checked because of sandShe did not ask us to come out and replace the system which if she had asked we could have done for less than she paidWe did what she asked and no more than to give a recommendation on the wellIf she had asked us to replace the system we would have given her a quote to replace the system

The proof to that is not only my word - but also competent company that did repair itFrom the time I was able to have them do the work - I was watering my yard with hand sprinklers, trying to save my grass from drying upStatement made of recommendation to my well was totally wrongThere was absolutely nothing wrong with my well. *** ** *** [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

replaced some of the sprinkler heads that were clogged with sand at no charge. On the invoice it was recommended to have the well checked because of the excess of sand since the irrigation system was from a well.
Mrs. [redacted] felt that we were promoting a well service but all we did was recommend she have the well checked for sand and low water pressure. The Crew did little things for Mrs. [redacted] per her request that she was not billed for. She was billed for 2 hours at 85.00 per hour. The bill has not been paid.
