I paid for a job in advance, waited 4 years to be completed, never got completed even after many attempts to contact [redacted] the owner and I lost $1800 in cash that I prepaid [redacted]. I had [redacted] and his company do other jobs for me none where done on time.
[redacted] always wanted to be paid in cash said he could give me a break if I did. Very unprofessional and poor follow up. One job I had Green Touch do was a retaining wall and 6 months after it was done I had to back fill the wall as they didn't pack it down and I had a 12" dip at my wall. They finished a hill behind my garage and the mulch and dirt washed away and I had to redo it myself.

This company states they will provide lawn care. We hired them to spray our yard in which the guy came over and failed to spray most of our it. I sat and watched him as I had the day off work. However, we were charged $57 for a 5 minute service on a small portion of the yard. I did call to inform the company that their driver was not doing his job properly and that our entire backyard failed to get sprayed. The supervisor said that I would not know for another week. He was then informed that I did know since I watched the treatment from my inside window. He said, "That's fine and thanks for your service. Our men are to only spend 6 minutes on a lawn.", so I still got charged for my entire lawn being treated and there was no resolution. I will not be using their service again as they only sprayed a small portion of my front yard and did not touch my backyard and I got stuck with a bill charging me my entire yard.
