I never received any phone calls from the client with any concerns about drywall cracking in the seams , we made a vaulted ceiling and it's possible it could have cracked due to settlement As for the side door , I went over the door with the client and I minused the scope of work for the door , we kept the existing door and patched and painted it , which the client agreed to As for the electrical outlets , this is the first I'm hearing about it Client never reached out to discuss or give an opportunity to address any situation that she may have

I would strongly urge anyone considering using Green Tree Realty ( [redacted] ) to attempt to find another Realtor to work withWhile searching for a house to rent my fiancé and I came across a listing posted by Green Tree RealtyAfter touring the house and running through our list of questions, a lease was prepared and signed with a clearly stated modateApproximately days before we were to be moving into the home (having made plans to move out of our old apartment, hire movers, arrange our work schedules, etc) we received an email from the Ms [redacted] stating that we would not be able to move in to the home on the date that was written on the signed leaseWhen we expressed that we were unable to change the date (as she suggested we do) her next suggestion was to see if the owner of the home we were to rent could have the garage cleared out for us and told us that we could move our belongings into the garageThis was unacceptable to us as well, at which point she informed us that she forgot to check with the owner to see if the modate she wrote down in our lease would be acceptable to him We found the conduct we experienced at Green Tree Realty to be extremely unprofessional and inappropriateMs [redacted] failed at performing her job appropriately on many levels, and did not seem to recognize this at allWe were lucky in that we were able to find a new home to rent with the little time we had until we had to move out of our previous apartment, but others may not be so fortunateI would strongly urge anyone considering working with Green Tree to evaluate whether the risk is acceptable

I would strongly urge anyone considering using Green Tree Realty ([redacted]) to attempt to find another Realtor to work with. While searching for a house to rent my fiancé and I came across a listing posted by Green Tree Realty. After touring the house and running through our list of questions, a lease was prepared and signed with a clearly stated move-in date. Approximately 9 days before we were to be moving into the home (having made plans to move out of our old apartment, hire movers, arrange our work schedules, etc) we received an email from the Ms. [redacted] stating that we would not be able to move in to the home on the date that was written on the signed lease.
