We were contacted over the phone by the party and his brother (***) on 4-12-requesting a quote for us to mow the property, in which they both residedWe were given phone authorization in June to proceed with the workWe provided service starting on 6/4/and provided services on the
following dates: 6/18/15, 7/2/15, 7/16/15, 7/30/15, 8/13/15, 8/27/15, 9/10/15, and 9/24/We sent out bills monthly, but did not receive paymentWe contacted the party via phone at the end of July, after services had been rendered and no payment had been received(We generally bill customers after services)We were told that they would be sending out payment, that they had just gotten alittle off track, but assured us they would be sending paymentBy the end of September we still had not received payment and had verbally been given the same statement as to why payment had not been sent, so we stopped serviceFollowing the last service we continued to send out bills monthly, never receiving any responses.On 2-12-in the afternoon I stopped by the residence to speak with the customer to see if there was a reason for non payment and if there was something that we could do to get the issue resolved, possible a payment plan etcWhen I knocked on the door, the customer came to the doorUnfortunately he appeared very intoxicated and was unable to properly communicate and started to become belligerent when asked about the bill and stated he did not owe us anythingWith his eradicate behavior and appeared intoxication, I decided it was best to leave without further communication and left a bill at the doorWe are a professional company devoted to upstanding customer serviceWe would like to resolve this matter and be paid for the services renderedWe would be more then happy to work out a payment planThe current amount due is $which is just for the services renderedWe have not charged any late fee or collections fees at this time to assist the customer in paying. I do not have a brother. The person they are looking for does not live here. I never spoke to them on the phone one time for any kind of phone verification. I never received a bill or had no idea what they was talking about until the day they came banging on my door.  If they wasn't causing trouble I never would of had to call the police.

To whom this concerns:[redacted] and [redacted] requested our service for the 2015 mowing season. [redacted] informed us that his brother [redacted], that lived in the property as well at the time, would be our point of contact. This is the information we received from [redacted] via phone, when we were initially hired. Our company finds it difficult to understand how the customer would allow someone to perform services on their property over several months and are completely unaware that these services were provided. Our shirts and vehicles are labeled and we were sending invoices in the mail. We mowed the property 9 times over several months and the customer had interactions with our crew. The customer even moved their vehicle several times to assist us in cutting the lawn (so grass clippings would not get on their vehicle). For the police being called, our company was not aware of this until the customers Revdex.com response. We checked online via the Columbus police department web portal and could not find any records. We also called the Columbus police department on Saturday 4-2-16 at approximately 5pm we specifically spoke to the records department. We spoke with Tech 28, she checked the customers name and the property address. She verified the address was in there service area and she could not locate any records under the customers name or the customers address. Nor could she locate any phone calls placed or any radio run request for the customers address. We simply are requesting to be paid for the nine services rendered at the customers address.
