[redacted] 's order # [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] was received by her on 2nd February (USPS tracking number [redacted] .)We can find no email from her in our records This has been checked by two separate individuals.As soon as we receive and process the return we will gladly issue a refund If [redacted] returned the parcel with a tracking number she should send us the number.We always issue refunds for returns as long as the garment is unused [redacted] has nothing to worry about.YoursAdrienne W [redacted]

We are in receipt of the above complaint. Please see the attached copy of our correspondence with the customer *** *** ***.** *** emailed us the day after receiving the order. We responded to her within hours, on December, sending her a prepaid return label
and asking her to confirm that she would like us to send size XXL. We did not yet receive a response.In light of the complaint she registered with you we will not wait for a response from her and will send out a size XXL immediately. We ask that *** *** prints out the prepaid return label that we sent her and returns the hoodie that she received.I would like to take this opportunity to state that I do not see this case as a cause for complaint with the Revdex.com since we responded to *** *** within hours and in a most appropriate manner.SincerelyAdrienne W***Customer Service Manager

*Further to our conversation of today, we are in receipt of your letter dated October with regards to complaint number *** registered by *** *** *** and we apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We have tried on numerous occasions to point out to *** *** that the payment that was made to us was from a credit card ending in *** and it is only to that card that we can issue a refund. For your convenience I am sending you two screen prints made from our *** credit card processing system. The first screen print shows that we tried to issue a refund to this card using the information *** *** provided to us but the refund was refused since the information provided was for the wrong card. The second screen print shows all the information we have pertaining to this payment. I have manually searched our records for any other payment made in the name of *** or *** or the email address *** and this is the only one there is. Unfortunately we do not have a system which encodes credit card numbers and hence we do not hold the information nor have the ability to issue refunds without the buyer providing us with details of the credit card which they used for payment. For security we ask them in all cases to send it without the last four digits. We will be happy to issue a refund to *** *** in the form of a check if this is acceptable to her. Please advise us the best way to go about this. As discussed, we would prefer all future correspondence by email.
