The gardener was to rototill and level smal front yardStarted job, was paid cash and never came back I have called, texted him, he said he would refund me but won't and has been weeks now

*** *** *** who stated he is the owner of Green Valley Gardening gave a written estimate for landscaping at my home in the amount of $2,He came to my home on separate occasions and collected $1,from me stating he was purchasing trees, sod, and other suppliesHe changed the start date times and then stopped answering my callsI sent him messages asking for my deposit back and even went to his home at *** *** *** *** ** *** where he apparently lives with his grandparentsHe continues to say he will refund my money and then never showsFrom what I have read on other complaints and spoke with his nephew, he collects deposits from multiple people with no intention of competing workI plan to sue him in civil court

This guys is a full blown THIEFI only wish that I had read the two reviews before dealing with himHe lives next door to a rental property of mine, so I did not think twice before paying him two hundred dollars to clean up the backyard of my propertyI got a really nice receipt spelling out the cleanup terms, phone number, and the fact that I paid in cashThen just like the other two reviews on this site, he just blew me off Said the tenant did not allow him to do the work, the tenant said he never showed up, then after trying to get him to work off the amount at my home trimming two trees he just quit answering the phoneThere is a special place in Hell for predators like himDO NOT HIRE HIM, AND NEVER GIVE HIM ANY MONEY BEFORE THE WORK IS COMPLETE IF YOU DOThis guy is the poster boy for let the buyer beware

We found this business on facebook which is green valley gardening what I needed was a BIG tree cut down and he(***) came and gave me an estimate of $1,and he asked for $on 11/13/and then the next day on 11/14/he came and asked for another $that because he needed to rent the crane because it is a big tree and so then the next day he was suppose to come and he never came back and we called him and he never answered and never returned my call, then I went to look for him at his address 1*** *** dr and he came out and when I asked him for the money back he said he was going to refund me later that day and he was going to drop it off at my house and that day he never came to refund me my money and never called me back, then the next day he said he was going to get paid and refund me and never came and never called, I was going to contact him on facebook and he blocked me , and till now days later he hasnt contacted me and when I call him he gets really mad and agg
