Review: Owner, [redacted] came to our house to readjust our lawn sprinklers. Some were over spraying and others not spraying enough. One of his adjustments was to remove the sprinkler in the middle of the lawn. Within a few days we noticed that the middle of our lawn was dying. We left [redacted] 3 voice mails to come back out to fix. About a week later he finally returned our call and apologized for not responding. He stated he had to go out of state unexpectedly due to his mother passing away and that he would be out tomorrow to fix the issue. He never showed up to fix the issue, and we have left him 3 more voice mails with no response.Not only are we out the $250 we paid him, but our lawn is now dead in the middle and we have to pay someone else to come out and fix the issue. This guy is a deadbeat and should not be in business.Desired Settlement: At a minimum, I want a refund of $250 for what we paid him.
