My family had been using Green Valley plumbing for years, until last March they came to run a snake in our lines. First off the guy went to the roof, even though they installed a dual clean out in the front yard. Then he got his cable stuck and was there a long time trying to get it out. A second plumber was then sent out who got it out quickly, and told us the the bill would be 2 to 3 hundred. When we got the bill in the mail, it was 700.00. We were charged all the hours that plumber one messed around trying to get his cable out and then a camera charge, and all the hours of the combined plumbers. When I called and spoke with the owner, He was not very nice so to say, but dropped the price to 500.00 by removing the camera cost which we didn't ask for. We also had another plumber out after several months, who ran a snake and a camera to check for problems with the pipes. He replied back that the problem was the collars that were installed by GV plumbing when they installed the clean outs. The collars should have been steel and chemicals should have been put around the pipe to prevent further root problems, which wasn't done, and now the same problem is back. I would highly recommend anyone in the Green Valley area to stay away from Green Valley plumbing.
