I ordered Keto Burn from this companyI paid for bottlesThis product is being advertised as Keto Burn, through a promotion with Shark TankWhen I received my product, it was Thermo BurnThe packaging was totally different and the contents of the capsules do not contain the advertised ingredients
I had processed an order from this company After seeing several debits on my credit card totaling over $more than what I thought I had agreed to purchase, I messaged the company to cancel the order
The company shipped the items and I did not hear back in regards to my request to cancel this order It took them days to respond to my order In these days, I received the items I was billed for, however having not heard back from the company I refused delivery of the items and wrote "Return To Sender" on the package
Eventually they responded to me and advised me that I needed a special code that needed to be written on the package in order for them to properly process the return
Unfortunately because I wasn't aware of this I no longer had the packages and therefore the company refused to issue a refund The product has a tracking number and has been tracked back to UT where it was originally fulfilled, however I am unable to dispute these charges, I am out
I ordered bottles to try of their productIn which I receivedmonths later I received notification of a new shipment of additional bottles and my card was charged $I did not Re-order the productsI then contacted them and advised them I did not order the new bottlesThey told me to place it in the mail and I would receive a refundI received the shipment, didn’t even open it, relabeled and put right back in the mailAfter they received my shipment, and days later after contacting them, they finally refunded me but only for $They said there was a $“restocking fee”! I didn’t even open the package, they can see it’s their original al packaging, what is there to even restock! What a ripoff that’s how they make their money on restocking fees! I regret I even triedNo one ever deal with these people!!!
