I have try to resolve this complaint with [redacted] and we have sent her money and spoke to her but did not go anywhere. She wants more money but her items are not worth what she wants. She had basic insurance which is 60 cents per pound, we gave her through us and not insurance for the inconvenience...

and gave her a lot more then what the insurance was gonna give her. In reference to why her bill when from one price to another was because she had a lot more stuff then what she said on the phone when we gave her the quote. As well as we told her on the phone and in the documents states that if there's more items then what she told us, she was gonna get charge for them but at the same amount and same quote like her other items and she was aware of all this.
