Review: Green Vanderbilts Company representative [redacted] placed an order with [redacted] for ABS regrind PO# [redacted] Container Booking# [redacted] we loaded as per the companies instructions and once we had sent the load pics and documents a wired payment was to be recieved, despite efforts they then said the accounting department was not in and if they could send a check, we agreed providing it was a cashiers check only nothing was forthcoming, we detained the cargo and then they said for us to empty the container as they were not going to send payment for no reason, we are prepared to do so providing that a payment of $1,680 is recieved for cancellation of order and restocking fee as per conditions of sale.

We are currently detaining the cargo awaiting confirmation of payment only the company continues to refuse payment either on the cargo or on the fee to cancel the order.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is either:

1:) Send payment for canceling the order to empty the container and restock

2:) Pay invoice in full.
