Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It has been 1/weeks and we have yet to see the mold report! It has not come in the mail, nor email...and yes, I have checked my email spam and NOTHING! Also, just for the record...services were paid by check, not "cash".Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Customer made an emergency request for an inspection. I arrived and found out they were having a dispute with their builder. My fees were $100.00 for the emergency call. $50.00 for time and travel to Salem and $350.00 for a mold inspection. I told them it takes 10-14 days to get the lab report back.... They received their report in 17 days from my visit. They paid me in cash and I gave them a receipt. They were expecting to get reimbursed from the builder for the inspection. I can only assume that the builder refused. Now they are trying to recover their money from me. Work was done, my expenses incurred and a report issued. I am not willing to give them a refund.
