Review: This cleaning establishment which now goes by the name Green World Cleaners at the same address has lost 5 of my shirts which I brought in and paid for $13.24 (upfront) on April ** 2015. They had me coming in to them for 3 weeks until they finally told me they had lost the.

They told me they would pay for my shirts if they could not find them. I brought them my receipts tor the shirts $934.00. Never heard back from them so I went in again. They said they had to wait for their insurance company. Then, I was told they would pay me $10 per shirt.

Every time I went in I was given a different persons name to speak with:

Ben, Matt, Chris, etc.

They never even paid me back for my initial payment for the shirts to be cleaned.

On May **, 2015 I sent them a certified letter; to date there has been no response.Desired Settlement: I want payment for my 5 shirts: $934.00 plus the initial cleaning amount of $13.24 and a $100 inconvenience fee.

Total payment: $1049.24

Review: I dropped off my son's north face coat to repair the zipper. When I went to pick up the coat on the pick up date. I was told the coat wasn't ready but my comforter was. It seemed strange but I figured that they needed a couple of more days to repair the zipper. They then asked me to come back; mid next week I said fine.. I went back the following week to pick up the coat and drop off another comforter that I wanted dry cleaned and I was told by the counter personnel that the coat was again not ready but was assured it would be ready when I came to pick up my 2nd comforter. I returned back to pick up my 2nd comforter on 2.*.2015 and still no coat. I immediately asked for a supervisor and was told he was not there. Leave my name and # and I would be contacted. Went back and was told the coat delayed because the tailor had the jacket and he was looking for a specific style zipper. Give them another couple of days. I've called, left messages and I've even visited there location and nothing. Spoke to the [redacted] and he's not helpful either. He instructed me to send an email to his customer service department and I would receive a response within 3 days. Well it's been almost 3 months and still nothing. I left a copy of all of the emails I've sent and all I want is my son's coat to be either replaced or pay me something for it. I don't want credit for services at his cleaners. Why would I they already lost my son's coat. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like 200.00 to cover the loss of my son's coat. NO I don't want credit for services at his location.
