Mr *** contacted our office to state that no checks are currently outstandingAll have cleared He also stated was talking to her husband's father about his health, who was there There are no other issues he is disputing
I reject this response because he said he has checks still of ours however, I know for a fact he does not. I have checked with my bank and that is a lie. I am over it and right now without any heat or air in my homeI did talk to the people who installed the heat pump and will get them to fix it. I just have issues with Mr*** asking personal questions of my husband like “You don’t work? Are you still sick? These kinds of questions are first of all none of his business and last I checked it is a HIPPA violation to ask a person of their medical history or anything related to it if it’s in not relevant to the situationI only received one notice form him about any check so I find it hard to believe he has them still. Mr*** could use some customer service training
