Tell us why here...To Whom It may concernI am responding to the complaint that was recieved in our office today As per the information provided to us in regards to a [redacted] we have reviewed our files and we do not have a customer in our data base under that name Also we do not have a [redacted] *** or Angela K [redacted] working in our officeWe have reviewed all of the customers info you provided to us and after thorough review a [redacted] is not a customer of ours Thank you please provide us with any additional information that you may have Kind Regards Gr Group GR Group

On 11-17-we made contact with the customer which in fact was the first time we had ever spoke to her We explained to her by law we cannot discuss the matter without her validating who she was , as per the FDCPA third party disclosure She began screaming and using vulgar launguage she than stated it was her and said she has not intent to pay any of her creditors, not today or ever We listen to the recording and our company followed all guidelines and was very nice to the customer, she later continue harrassing our company by calling in ewvery mintues calling us names and tying up out phone lines We have not done anything wrong besides follow the proper guidelines Please contact us if you have any other questions

Please be advised that after review of customer complaint #***, it has been identified that Greenback Recovery Group had contact with this customer on 3/30/15 at which time the customer explained her financial situation. The customer did not communicate that she
had a payment arrangement with CSR as referenced in this complaint. Greenback Recovery Group did not take any credit card information from this customer or set up any type of payment arrangements. At Greenback Recovery Group all calls are monitored for quality assurance. Please note that this account has been closed at Greenback Recovery Group and returned to the client. Tell us why here...We have set up the proper accomadations for this customer. She freely set up payment arrrangments with us without informing us of her Bankrucy otherewise we would had Ceased and Deseased all further payments.  greenback has no problem refunding her money for the last couple...

months.

There is no way I accepted a biweekly payment. If that is what your recording states then I was tricked. I told the person who I spoke to that I could not afford more than $25 per month. I then agreed to $50 per month. Why would I agree to $100 per month when I made it clear that I could not afford more than $25?  The $50 per month is going to be a stretch. [redacted]

In regards to this compliant we listened to the recording and the customer voluntarlity mADE BIWEEKLY ARRANGEMENTS WITH US AND PLACED ALL OF HER INFORMATION ON FILE THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS ON OUR END
