One of the Greenball tires I purchased blew after only 2 times on the road. The tire blew from the inside out, but Greenball said it was not a defectIn November 2014 I purchased 4 Greenball tires from the [redacted]in Port St. Lucie FL. I was told when I purchased the tires they had road hazard warranty and warranty against manufacture defect. The tires were put on my horse trailer. After purchasing the tires, I pulled the trailer to my farm in north Florida. I did not pull the trailer again until April 2015. On my way home from the auction, one of the tires went flat. I took the tire back to [redacted]in Panama City, FL) and was told by the Service manager at that store that the tire had no road hazard warranty. We called the Port St. Lucie store and they said the tires did have a warranty. The Panama City store would not honor the warranty, but pulled the tire from the rim and inspected and agreed that the tire blew from the inside out so was obviously a manufacturer defect. The manufacturer, Greenball, said I, the customer, had to send the tire to them to be inspected and then they would issue me a refund for the tire. I sent the tire back to Greenball and was notified a week or so later that the tire was not defective and they would not warranty the tire. I requested the tire back and they would not return it to me unless I paid for the return. This tire was obviously a manufacturer defect, but Greenball is stating it is not so they do not have to reimburse me for the tire. I requested to talk to their inspector to understand why they felt this was not a manufacturer defect and they refused to let me speak to them. When speaking to the customer service rep, I understood right away that this company was not in the business for the customer, but instead for the profits because they refused to stand behind their product. I purchased a total of 4 of these tires at the same time and am concerned with the integrity of the remaining 4. I will be hauling livestock in this trailer and it will not be good if I have another flat tire while hauling a load. Luckily, my trailer was empty when this tire went flat. I paid $106 each for these tires so have over $400 in a set of tires that is not backed by the manufacturer. Desired SettlementI would like to be reimbursed the $106.00 that I paid for this tire.Business Response In response to case XXXXXXXX from Mr. [redacted] in regard to his request to be reimbursed for the tire in question. Greenball Corporation stands behind our findings that the tire was indeed a road hazard not a manufacture defect. However due to the misunderstanding between Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] about the tires having a road hazard warranty; (please note that Greenball Corp does not offer a road hazard warranty), we will in good faith as a customer satisfaction contact Mr. [redacted] about a reimbursement for the monies he requested.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I am agreeing to accept the response from Greenball since they are agreeing to compensate me for the damaged tire, but I don't in any way agree with them that the damage is due to road hazard and not manufacture defect. This tire blew from the inside out so was indeed a manufacture defect. There was no hazard from the road that caused this tire to blow.

Two blown tires on my rv, within one eight mile both on same side of trailer. Green ball will only warranty one tire.On June 6th 2013 traveling N on interstate 15 a tire blew out, after changing the tire and examing the other tire I proceeded obout one eight mile down the road the other tire blew causing extensive damage. With out spare I had to drop trailer on continue into [redacted]. I had originaly purchased the tire from [redacted] in [redacted] .After arriving in [redacted] I was unable to find a discount store so I went to [redacted] to purchase a new tire, after which Ireturened to my trailer and changed second blown out tire,Upon returning to [redacted] I had to install 4 new tires as I wasant going to take chance of one the other tires blowing. Returning to [redacted] on the10th of June I stopped at [redacted] to discuss what the warranty procedure was then I was informed the two blown tires would have to be returned to Greenball to be warrantied. On July 3rd I heard back from [redacted] at Greenball warranties informing me they would only warranty one tire because the second tire was to damaged to determine if there was separation. So here is my dilemma I,am out $800.00 for tires and $2077.00damage to my trailer and they only want to warranty 1 tire ond pay for half the damages.I didn't know you could blow a tire too badly. [redacted]Desired SettlementI feel the only fair settlement is for [redacted] two warranty both tires, ond pay for entire repair of my trailer. TOTAL damages $2391.87.Business' Initial Response My name is [redacted] and I am the Vice President of Distribution for Greenball Corporation. When it comes to warranty and/or returned items I have the final say for the company. I appreciate you contacting Greenball as we take matters like yours very seriously here at Greenball Corporation. We have contacted **. [redacted] and came to an agreement that addressed his request and he has accepted our proposal.Greenball sells a quality product and we stand behind that product.
