GreenBee

In April 2016 I purchased a new residence from KB Home (Mission Gate). After about 3 months my garage concrete started to show stains and efflorescence.

I reached out to the developer and they told me that GreenBee Concrete refused to address the concerns. In their opinion the concrete was within industry standard. Clearly that was an excuse to avoid honoring their warranty.
After a few months the garage concrete become even worse. GreenBee Concrete (PSLQ Inc.) once again refused to address the above issues.
After a year my driveway started sliding down towards the street. The lower curb and street were damaged as a result.

I once again reached out to GreenBee Concrete (PSLQ Inc). For the third time they refused to address my issues.
Anyone that has recently purchased a residence through KB Home should have an inspection completed.
