we will close his accounts and remove them from his credit so as to not have to spend more time and money, but understand ** *** *ever provided proof he filed a fraud report with the police or a copy of his passport showing proof he was not in the country at the time of serviceunfortunatly
in todays world, we cant just take peoples word when they say they don't owe somethingas you can imagine, we get that allot and its not true
As we have explained to *** *** on numerous occasions, he has multiple accounts with multiple creditors, not just *** *** ***sJust because something isnt showing on or at a certain credit bureau, doesn't mean its not owedWe gave *** *** a
verbal list of accounts, dates of service and creditorthe only thing else we could ask our client to provide would be a detailed itemized statement, we will gather them from our client and mail them to him as soon as possiblle
we just sent itemized statements from the providers on the accounts currently in collections for your reviewDue to the confusion, we will be removing them from your credit at the end of the month when we report to the credit bureaui cant explain why the credit bureau doesnt show all your accounts, you would have to ask themwe dont report balances under $by the wayplease review the itemized statements we sent out yesterday showing proof the balances are owed and advise us on how you would like to proceedthere is nothing else we can do on this complaint

Regards,[redacted] I received the alert fro[redacted] saying there was a change that needed attention. when I checked it was a $111.00 bill in collection from Fidelity Collections. I contacted Fidelity the following day. I asked about the bill on my credit report, the person told me I owed $607.??. I asked what these bills were for she stated they are from [redacted]. I asked for a detailed printout of these accounts and the dates of service. A week later I received a generic billing statement that showed a total of $607.?? and the account number read various accounts. The following day I contacted [redacted] and asked about the bills and I had two Bills I have there are current and they are not in collection, and none equal the amount asked by Fidelity. I also contacted [redacted]nd once again have no amounts owed to them. That afternoon I contacted Fidelity once again and asked for a detailed statement from them of the amounts and dates of service of each amount. they promptly told me that they do not have that information and I need to contact [redacted] *o receive those dates. i then asked how they attached this bill to my credit report without sending a billing statement or contacting me by phone. only documents I receive from Fidelity is the same billing statement that for
the account # it reads various accounts this is the only information they send
me. I contacted [redacted] business office and went through all bills for
myself and my family. I do have bills but none were the ones in question that
were attached to my credit report. the bills that Fidelity placed on my credit
report were for my wife and 5 yr old son, bills in which my wife had set
a payment agreement and was making payments as scheduled. not one time has these
other bills been discussed with my wife at any time while payment arrangements
were being made. also I have paid the accounts in total plus the interest that
Fidelity charged me. I still cant understand how they can attach any bills to my
account without attempting to contact me. now after contacting the [redacted] with a complaint I now receive statements from Fidelity that payment is now due
in full and options have been discussed for lawsuits regarding my accounts. I
want to help anyway possible to stop this from happening to anyone else, if it
wasn't for my credit app then I wouldn't have had any idea about this. I have
copies of these statements that were sent to me and a check stub of full
payment. if there is anything else I can help with please contact me. thank

In response to [redacted] complaint. We have never been contacted directly by him, so I am confused by his comment that we wont respond. once we receive proof of debt from the creditor, we will mail [redacted] an itemized statements for him to review. In the meantime we will notify the credit...
bureaus to delete this until he has had time to investigate why there is still a balance owed to the Radiologist.
