We have had Greenbird mowing our lawn for a few years, and until now they have done an excellent job. They stopped coming and did not contact us to cancel. It has been several weeks. When I called last week, I was told that they had some staffing issues, but have hired new crews, and I should expect someone to come on Friday. After returning home on Sunday, I see that the lawn has not been touched, and they have not contacted me. It is extremely long, and neighbors are starting to complain to the Homeowner's Association.
Review: Greenbird contracted with us two years ago to do a weekly grass cut. They missed a cut last summer (2012) and I went ahead and paid them for it anyway. My wife writes down on our kitchen calendar when they come and cut which is usually every Thursday. If they miss a Thursday because of weather they usually come within a few days after. On September 12 they pulled up and told my wife the grass was too burnt, there was noting to cut. My wife called their office after the truck left and confirmed there would be no cut that week, remove it from our bill. This month, October, I get the bill and there is a $20 charge for that cut and a $2 late fee. The owner is unreasonable. He spouts off about having a tracking device on his truck that shows they were at our house. They may have been there but they did not cut anything and drove off, just like the time last summer. Pulled up, saw there was nothing to cut and drove off.Desired Settlement: I want the 22$ bill removed. Theses services were not provided, they were notified and I want the remaining 22$ removed from the bill.

I have heard from the owner of this business and he assured me he would remove the extra charges. At this time no need to pursue further however if we get our bill in December and the charges are still there we will get back to you.
