This company manufactures and distributes off-ice hockey pucks called Green Biscuit. If you buy over $50 USDs in products they ship for free worldwide.In the past I've had problems when receiving packages via [redacted] and [redacted] which resulted in never receiving them. So I contacted [redacted], former[redacted] player and Green Biscuit's President, to see what kind of shipping options they had to ship to [redacted] even if I had to pay a bit extra (like [redacted], etc.). A few minutes later I received an email in response, in which, Mr. [redacted] replied like this, and I quote "I hear u. If the [redacted] post office could deliver mail like u guys deliver drugs there wouldn't be a problem". anad continued telling me he would check and email me the options later.This response caught me completely off guard since I would have never expected that kind of reply froma business person and thought, is this how they should manage customer service and conduct their business? Is he implying that I'm a drug dealer? I didn't try to make a big fuzz about it and in the spirit of keeping the communication flowing I replied to [redacted] this: "WOW, Did I type [redacted] instead of [redacted]?" to which he replied: "haha![redacted] rules! its pretty pathetic that ur post office cant be trusted to deliver just mail. I dont ship to[redacted] very often for that reason.". He then refused providing any service to me and went on telling me to buy from [redacted], which, by the way in [redacted] Green Biscuit does not ship to [redacted].Green Biscuit is an[redacted] Licensee, since they use[redacted] team logos and I'd suppose there's a certain criteria they should meet in order to be granted a license and is not being metObviously this kind of behaviour is not acceptable in any way shape or form and is not the way a President should behave, and all he is doing is setting an example for the rest of his team to behave and treat customers.Product_Or_Service: Green BiscuitDesired SettlementI'd like this issue to be brought to the public and [redacted] Partners and consessions to see what's their opinion, since it's sold worlwide and at selected stores like [redacted] and [redacted]. I doubt the [redacted] condones this type of behaviour and work ethics from any of its Licensees and would be a violation of the partnership under 15 U.S. code 57bAlso I expect a written apology from [redacted]. since the treatment I received was less than fair tinted with bigoted and discriminatory remarks.Business Response Dear [redacted],I would like to apologize for my email response. U r 100% right and I was out of line. I have tried to ship [redacted] to [redacted] in the past and have not had good luck for whatever reason. So I dont ship there anymore.
