Contacted Greenbolt LSI through Home Depot for Artifical pet turf purchase and installation. John Bogeman from Greenbolt came to house to show samples and give quote. He then scheduled our installation for the following week and required a check for $900 in order for them to "order the supplies from their warehouse". The check was picked up by Roger Linde ("Manager of Greenbolt LSI") the next day and Roger drove from our house straight to our bank and cashed our check that day. After 6 weeks of rescheduling and pushing back the installation date we were told we were their first priority and that the turf would be installed the coming week. After that communication from them, they never showed up and have failed to return ANY phone calls or emails for 4 weeks now. We called Home Depot to inform them of the situation and they told us that Greenbolt LSI is not on their list of vendors and that they are currently investigating them.
