Ms*** electronically signed Line of Credit Disclosure and Account Agreement on November 12, at 1:36pm. This agreement clearly describes all applicable fees and interest and how it will be charged. Furthermore, Ms*** spoke with one of our knowledgeable representatives prior to requesting her first advance and went over the product detailsIn accordance with federal law, Ms*** was sent a Periodic Billing Statement prior to each of her payments detailing all aspects of her account, including outstanding balance, fees, interest, advances and payments. Furthermore, Ms*** had 24xaccess to her online account where periodic statements were availableEach Periodic Statement also contains detailed description of how all fees and interest are calculatedTherefore, every aspect of Ms*** account was handled properly, in accordance with all applicable laws and with maximum transparency. Furthermore, we reached out to Ms*** and agreed on a mutually agreeable and amiable resolution of all her concerns, confirmation of which we have in writingWe respectfully request that this Revdex.com complaint be closed and dismissed given facts aboveRegards *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: The company already accepted their responsibility to their errors and we have finalized with them stopping payments withdrawal on my account. They have closed my account and we have parted ways. So this complaint can be closed but with the note that they accepted that things were not satisfactory to their customer. As well as my account remains closed with no further action to my account.
And hope that now that they are in the system of the Revdex.com they will, in the future make sure all their customers are satisfied and explained probably.

Having said that, we want to emphasize that Onward Credit is in full compliance with state and federal laws and Mr. [redacted]’s complain does not specify that Onward Credit did something improper. When Mr. [redacted] applied and was approved for a line of credit on October 21, 2016 he spoke with a customer service agent who went over the features of the product. Mr. [redacted] was also presented an Account Agreement which fully disclosed all charges associated with the account. Furthermore, Onward Credit verified and confirmed Mr. [redacted]’s email to ensure that he can receive periodic account statements that detail every aspect of account activity. Periodic Account Statements were provided to Mr. [redacted] in accordance with his agreement. Onward Credit offers its customers ability to pay off full balance early in order to reduce account charges. Mr. [redacted] contacted Onward Credit on 11/15/2016 and scheduled a full payment. However, he changed his mind on 11/17/2016 due to personal circumstances. Mr. [redacted] is always able to schedule a full payoff of his account at any time. Onward Credit is committed to working with each and every customer and we hope that we can work with Mr. [redacted] to ensure that your experience with Onward Credit is a positive one.
