Recently we resolved our issue with Greenbriar, Incin Bowling Green, Ohio I just want to comment that we are very disappointed that Greenbriar can break the law and get away with it by waiting over days past our lease agreement to let us know they were going to keep our security deposit of $plus charge an additional amount for the damages they said we caused in the house that we rented on Gypsy LaneOur agreement ended May 31st and we never received or heard from them until September According to Ohio Revised Code a company is suppose to respond to the tenant days after lease is up But even with a lawyer retained we were advised that Greenbriar probably wouldn't give us any money back So if you rent from Greenbriar be advised they can take your security deposit and you get nothing back
