I am responding on the case above when this car ([redacted] **) was towed to our shop on Aug/23/2017 at 9 pm. They request to diagnose and repair and they asked if we do a payment plan to pay the bill. We talk to them that on Aug/24/2017 which was the following day that we don't have any...

option of payment plan, then they asked us to hold and they arrange for money first. After this we tried to call them back but their phone was out of service. Then someone named [redacted] called us from the number ph # [redacted] and asked me as the owner of the shop who was going to work on their car for the details and he said that he wanted to help them to pay the bill. I gave him an estimate $[redacted] to start the engine. There was a special order parts from dealer it took time. Mr. [redacted] called me and authorized me to work on the car and also to fix the driver door and do safety inspection. I give him an estimate of $[redacted] then he demanded from me to write$ [redacted] when his girlfriend's grandfather call us in order to help them paying the bill. This $[redacted] was not written on anywhere of the work order or mentioned to anyone at all. Then Mr. [redacted] called me and asked for total estimate I told him $ [redacted] total price so, he told me that [redacted] told him that the bill was$ [redacted] so he was mad and he sent me another women for investigation. First she talked to the cashier whose name is Mohamed H[redacted] and she told him that is her son's car and his girlfriend was the one who caused all these problems and she was trying to play a trick on them to get more money. Then she started talking to so, I told her the whole story and she told me that Mr. [redacted] is cheating and she came just to see the bill as Mr. [redacted] her husband told her also to find out what was going on. Later on Mr. [redacted] called me and asked for a solution for this problem, so I told him that they can pay me minimum$ [redacted] and rest$ [redacted] they can pay me in next two weeks . After all this I haven't seen or heard from anyone. Finally, the work order was written and signed by [redacted] himself at the night when the car was towed also as the cashier who was working at this time said that [redacted] and his mother and his girlfriend came with the towed car and filled out the work order together. We didn't work on this car on our own authority we started working on the car after many calls from the numbers which were written on the work order by [redacted] himself also the woman who was mentioned on their complaint was [redacted]'s mother who came with him that night and she was the same woman who came to the shop and talked to Mohamed H[redacted] (the cashier) then talked to me as well. All our approval documents are saved including signatures and saved phone numbers. Review: My vehicle was sitting for about 2 years. I needed a second vehicle so I decided to get it back on the road. In order to do so I needed repairs and an inspection. In September 2015 I took my vehicle to JT Automotive to repair my signals and exhaust system. I took the vehicle to get an inspection at BP. It failed. They gave me a list of repairs that needed to be done( exhaust leak, loose battery terminal, right lower right ball joint, right shock) and advised that I had 14 days to come back for a re inspection. I took my vehicle back to JT Automotive to do the repairs, and questioned the owner about the exhaust leak, being that I had previously brought the vehicle in for that repair. He stated that he would look into it, because it was under warranty. On November 9th the repairs were complete. I took the vehicle in for re inspection. they failed it again. stating that there was still an exhaust leak, my battery terminal was still loose, also added that my back left tire needed to be replaced, I needed windshield wipers, and a rear plate light. I had questions because all of these things weren't listed at first. However, I replaced the wipers, the bulb, took it back to JT automotive, explained that my vehicle failed again, the owner stated that these issues were fixed and he didn't know why they kept failing it and offered to take it himself. He did, without making any further repairs, and they passed my vehicle. I planned on putting in a complaint at that time, but I said no, I just wont go there again. A couple of weeks ago my vehicle started loosing power My lights started flickering and eventually stopped working on the inside, and then yesterday my vehicle shut off while driving. The battery terminal was loose, luckily I was near a [redacted]. I took it there they replaced my terminal and advised that it will not pass inspection because my battery isn't secured,I advised that I had just had an inspection. Im not sure which company is at fault but I feel they both should be held liableDesired Settlement: I would like to know how my vehicle passed inspection? Why did they pass it for the mechanic, but not for me when he did no further repairs and my vehicle was obviously experiencing the same issue they failed it for. I feel they put my safety at risk.

They left the wheel lug nuts loose on my vehicle. The vehicle rear wheel fell off damaging the wheel, breaking the lug nuts and damaging the rear brakes. They would not address the issue. The created a safety issue that could have injured or killed a customer. Stay away from these negligent and incompetent people.

I wish I could give this place a good review. I got my truck inspected towards the end of the month, so they were really busy. But apparently not so busy that they wouldn't steal from a customer's vehicle. When I called about it minutes after when I noticed, I was pretty much blown off. Very disappointing.
