poor experiencewent in to look at used vehicle, after filling out the credit application I was notified that the price on the web should have been *** more , & would I be nice enough to meet them half wayI said no and started to leave , but before I could start my vehicle to go the manager came out and said he would honor the web price if I signed the contract todayI haven't even test drove the car because it needed to be inspected and detailed
Made specific appointment to have door lock actuator replaced on my Dodge Ram When appointment made, asked if part were in stock When I arrived for appointment, part not in stock Took them over 1/hours to get part from another dealer miles away Also, price for part was 50% higher than *** and significantly higher that offered on *** Also had oil change, and did not realize until after I got home that they did not reset dash message notice Had to go back for them to do that Spoke to both service director and dealer gm They were both "apologized" but did little else I realize their time and labor is worth something....but so is mine Too bad they did not realize importance of customers time
My experience at Greenbrier Dodge was very disappointing, 1st once I was able to test drive the car there wasn't any gas in it I had to pay for it. Then after several hours of back in forth finally got to Finance Manager (Amanda) thinking that deal was closed with banking etc. to only find out that they didn't even have the banking ready. Bad/poor communication between General Manager (Rob) which Amanda pointed out, You would have thought at that level of management it would have been more professional and organised. it really appeared / seemed as if they were a little shady about the banking part, due to Amanda statements. We went in thinking that our rate was at 2.99 to find out that they were trying to get us at 5.99 or worst. On the way home roof of the car lifted off on the back side and almost blew off.. after the first week of ownership I took out my 20 year dream car for drive to get a hair cut and the radiator hose blew and I wasn't even able to enjoy it my new ride. The antifreeze got all over everything caused damage to the alternator. I contacted Tommy the service manager he replaced (sent me the hose) which he stated that I would have to install, Greenbrier had just install new hoses on this car back in May 2016 and I was told by Rob the general manager that the parts and service was not a warranted and that was that, he kept reminding me (several times) that the car was as-is its a shame that big business are managed by people of low ethics and lack of character. I had only owned the car for week and only wanted for the company to do the right thing.. now I have additional out of pocket experiences and not able to drive my new car. I had asked if I would be able to talk to the owner and was told by Rob the general manager that he was it and no way would that happen..the owner doesn't / wouldn't want to be bother by the customer...and to also say I guess you would want to to talk to the owner of Apple corporation and then laugh at it.... I asked how can that be ???!!! we are the customer and are who makes the company money!!! there is much more to the story and I will be going on line about the bad experiences. With the loud music playing and sales people walking around singing out loud it felt like you were in bar or in the middle of South east DC. Ghetto!!!
