My experience at Greenbrier Dodge was very disappointing, 1st once I was able to test drive the car there wasn't any gas in it I had to pay for itThen after several hours of back in forth finally got to Finance Manager (Amanda) thinking that deal was closed with banking etcto only find out that they didn't even have the banking readyBad/poor communication between General Manager (Rob) which Amanda pointed out, You would have thought at that level of management it would have been more professional and organisedit really appeared / seemed as if they were a little shady about the banking part, due to Amanda statementsWe went in thinking that our rate was at to find out that they were trying to get us at or worstOn the way home roof of the car lifted off on the back side and almost blew offafter the first week of ownership I took out my year dream car for drive to get a hair cut and the radiator hose blew and I wasn't even able to enjoy it my new rideThe antifreeze got all over everything caused damage to the alternatorI contacted Tommy the service manager he replaced (sent me the hose) which he stated that I would have to install, Greenbrier had just install new hoses on this car back in May and I was told by Rob the general manager that the parts and service was not a warranted and that was that, he kept reminding me (several times) that the car was its a shame that big business are managed by people of low ethics and lack of characteri had only owned the car for week and only wanted for the company to do the right thingnow I have additional out of pocket experiences and not able to drive my new carI had asked if I would be able to talk to the owner and was told by Rob the general manager that he was it and no way would that happen..the owner doesn't / wouldn't want to be bother by the customer...and to also say I guess you would want to to talk to the owner of Apple corporation and then laugh at itI asked how can that be ???!!! we are the customer and are who makes the company money!!! there is much more to the story and I will be going on line about the bad experiencesWith the loud music playing and sales people walking around singing out loud it felt like you were in bar or in the middle of South east DCGhetto!!!
