My 10kW solar system was installed in early I had a GREAT experience! The team patiently educated me about solar systems and worked with me to arrive at the final design and size of the system After much research, I determined the cost was VERY competitive and I was pleasantly surprized that, not only were the panels top tier, but the inverters, mounting system, and wiring were also a higher grade than I anticipated gettingThey also kept me appraised all through the process to get approval for the design and even helped me file the paperwork with my electric utilityThey also coordinated their installation with my rooferThe installers arrived and performed all work on schedule and were clean and neat and passed inspection with no major problems This was truly a turn key system, and it has performed just as projected The company even helped me identify an SREC broker and register my system with the state so that it qualifies for earning SRECsAfter a few months, I inadvertently unplugged the monitoring system from my router and had to call them for help Help arrived right away and quickly solved the problem free of charge So, bottom line, this is an outstanding company They exceeded all expectations at every stepIf you are looking for a quality solar installer, talk to the professionals at Greenbrilliance!Martin B., Sterling, VA,

I used Green Brillance to install 59 solar panels on my home in Washington Grove, MD. They were very professional, delivered the project on time as promised to meet the tax year refunds, carefully explained all the rebates and incentives that I would receive, came back a couple of times to resolve issues and ensured that the online reporting system was working correctly. Great system that I can monitor the performance of each solar panel with an app on my phone. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Solar Company. The company engineer who is NABCEP certified, explains and clarifies all technical questions. The installer is master electrician, installed the system very nicely, The county inspector gave clearance at once and said "Good Job". The office manager is always available to take calls and explains HOA, Utility and County proceedings and time schedule very clearly in writing. She also helped to setup SREC. My system was commissioned on 30th Sep.2016 and is generating electricity as expected. Their 10 years work warranty over 25 years part warranty gives me piece of mind. I am very happy with having the system from this company.

Great service

Review: There are currently two unresolved issues.

1. GreenBrilliance installed a defective solar panel and/or microinverter that underproduces energy. The equipment is fully warrantied by them (they build the panels themselves) and they were notified of the defect in October 2013, yet they have not made the repair.

2. GreenBrilliance installed several panels improperly, with the edges overlapping the roof gutter. Therefore rainfall and snowmelt runs directly off the panels onto the ground causing damage. They were notified of this problem as well and again have not made the repair.

It is difficult to reach a human at this company; all of the phones go to messaging most of the time, and callbacks can take days or never arrive. However, when one does reach someone they are always friendly. But in my experience only one person at the [redacted] facility has authority to decide anything: [redacted]. Others there generally state that they need to talk to him,, that he is out of the country (and oddly do not offer to contact him by email), and that they cannot take any action without his approval. And even when reached, **. [redacted] does not always follow through on his promises. (case in point: in November he promised to address the defective panel issue). So please do not accept promises from them; make sure that actions are taken.Desired Settlement: GreenBrilliance should repair/replace the defective solar panel and/or microinverter.

GreenBrilliance should adjust the positions of panels so that drainage off their surfaces enters the roof gutters.
