Greenburg Duct Services

This company gave me an estimate of $59.00 to clean my duct system. They eventually charged me $449 and left my brand new system BROKEN. They came out to my house on 4/13/16. I noticed my system was not working a few days later. They denied any wrong doing but continually promised to send someone out to check out my complaints. I had to endure 90s degrees heat weather without air conditioning to cool my house. When I got tired of calling them, I called Sears. It is 6/1/2016; no one from Greenberg has shown up to at least investigate the problem. Sears just fixed the problem today. Greenberg Duct Services unplugged my furnace so that the system was not working. I was made to suffer for seven weeks for no good reason. They are eager to take my money but not concerned about following up on their job. These are not professionals. Three times they kept me waiting the whole day and never showed up, they never called to apologize. On one occasion, the technician who cleaned my system had the nerve to tell me that he had closed for the day at noon and somebody else will have to check my system. He never bothered to find out if anyone came out. Please do not use this company if you want your peace of mind. They are only eager to take your money but do not care if they do a professional job.
