The client was given an estimate of around 1.5 hrs for 2 cleaning techs, based on the size of her house and her description of the condition of the house. The job took considerably longer than this. We do a lot of moveout cleaning and know the standard required by landlords. We...
clean according to those standards. We have no need or desire to "gouge" anybody. Our company has many repeat customers , both individuals and property managers/Landlords, who know and trust our work.The customer told her Landlord that she was intimidated into paying by my staff which is frankly ridiculous.A check has been mailed to the customer in the amount of $ 140, being the difference between what she says she expected to pay and the amount invoiced for the work completed.
