I placed an order over weeks ago which was claimed to ship September 20th The tracking shows it never left Texas and I have not received it I have called many times always sent to voicemail on which I have left messages different days I have also emailed times about the issue I have received no response in any form and have constantly checked junk mail to be sure I didn't miss anythingI would like the amount of returned to my card Thanks for your attention to this matter, [redacted] ***

Last weekend I placed an online order with [redacted] (Moondye) which was processed on 9/19/The product order totaled $I paid extra to have the package "express" shipped so I would receive the product in time to use it for a job I have this weekendI paid a total of $for shippingThe estimated delivery time for the product was 1-daysThe product has still not arrivedWhen I called the post office yesterday to track the package, I was informed that the business did NOT ship the product "express" as they charged, rather they sent it via "priority mail." As a result of the package not arriving on time for me to prepare the product, I will not be able to work this weekend at a one-time event as plannedI have not only lost money on the overcharged shipping rate, but I will lose $this weekend because I cannot workI have made many attempts to call the company and left at least messages, but no one will return my callI am EXTREMELY upset and I expect a full

I ordered ea packs of brown dye at $per pack (6ea total packs) and ea packs of dark brown dye at per pack (9ea total packs), but I received only ea brown and ea dark brown for a total of packs (should be a total of packs)I immediately contacted them the day I received it on July and left a message about the problemI then sent emails and another phone message and no one has repliedThis means to me that they have no intention of trying to resolve this issue and are goint to keep the money unjustlyI have the [redacted] white priority x mailing envelope with the [redacted] tracking number on it that the packs came inThere is no way that the total number of packs I ordered can fit in this envelope! I have used [redacted] products for the past yearOnly recently did I experience two separate issues that compelled me to share my experience with others regarding this companyThe first issue occurred on a paid order's shipment by ***Henna [redacted] shipped the product but it never arrivedUtilizing ***'s website I noted that the item had reached a [redacted] hub and then had travelled no fartherI notified [redacted] of the issueI also notified Henna [redacted] of the shipment issue from their business and asked for their assistanceThirty days without delivery passedI requested Henna [redacted] either contact [redacted] also or that the company refund my paymentHenna [redacted] never replied to any of my several inquiriesAfter forty five days [redacted] finally delivered the itemIt normally should have taken only three days at most since I live in Houston, Texas and Henna [redacted] is located in Spring, Texas just to the north of HoustonHenna [redacted] never responded to my inquiries which leaves me to conclude that the company is not concerned with customer service and will not support customers if an issue arisesThe second issue occurred when I purchased a theee-pack bundle of Burgundy hair and beard dyeBurgundy is the color I have purchased for the past year from [redacted] ***The dye in its dry powder form appears olive-coloredThe three-pack bundle arrived happily without incidentUpon opening one of the packages I noticed the contents color was not the usual olive but instead appeared to be a yellowish redI utilized the newly opened batch of dye as instructedThe color campout slightly different than with prior batches, being somewhat more reddishI speculated that the formulation of the dye had changed as reflected by the different color of the powdered dyeThe day following dyeing my beard and hair I noticed a reddening of my skin and itching where the dye had been applied indicating an allergic reactionThis had never occurred with prior batches of the burgundy dyeOn the fourth day after application the reddening and itchiness had subsided but was still presentHenna [redacted] claims that their dyes are made with all natural organic materials contain no PPD or metallic saltsHowever, something had=s changed with the formulation in my latest shipment [redacted] packing states that the product is made in India and imported by [redacted] ***It seems that the Indian producer has added one or more ingredients that were not contained in my prior batches of this product resulting in an allergic reaction in the areas to which the product was appliedHenna [redacted] does not appear to stand behind its products nor respond to customer inquiresI would recommend being very cautious of doing business with this company

On 9/26/16, I placed an online order with this company for a henna product and henna kit On 9/29/16, I received an email from the company saying the product was shipped with *** *** tracking information I can confirm the *** tracking # if need be My bank account was charged for the $however, the product never actually shippedAccording to the ***, while shipping information was obtained and sent to *** by the company, the product was never shippedToday is 10/15/16, still no product and all attempts to get a reply from the company (via email or phone calls) have been to no avail According to the company's Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/hennahut/, there are multiple other customers in the same situation Money taken, no product delivered

I ordered two boxes of hair dye on 10/14/ I received an email the same day saying my payment was accepted and my order would be shipped in 2-days I waited until the week of 11/7/to contact them to let them know I had not received my order I have left voicemails and sent emails multiple times with no response As of today, 11/18/I still have not been contacted nor received my order

I placed an order for six packages of beard dye (two sets of 3) on November 16, *** *** charged me for all six packagesOn November 23, I received two packages of the dyeThe remaining four have never arrivedI have tried to contact *** *** by phoneThe calls always go to an answering machine and they never return my callI have tried to contact them by email, both with their contact form and via my own email accountThey have not replied to the emailsI have also sent them a message on *** and posted to their ** page but they have not responded

On Monday, August 15, at pm I received an email from *** *** **after I placed an orderThe order involved *** hair dye productsThe email sent by the Cosaid: Your order #*** has been shipped by Priority (*** only)Estimated delivery time is 2-daysThey gave me a tracking numberI waited days for the order to arrive and it never did, so, I contacted *** and started a claimThe *** states *** *** created a label but never shipped the packageMy credit card was chargedI called the company three times but there is never an answerThere is a recorded message saying they will get back to the customerI also emailed them and never got a responseI tried to fill the online form they have (when a customer does not receive a package) but upon completion, it does not go throughI read some on line reviews and it seems this is a common situation with this particular company

I have been purchasing from this company for several years now and my order normally come within days This is the first time I have had any issues receiving my order I placed my order one month ago and have called and emailed the company several times I have not received any kind of reply I am not able to track my order because the tracking information was not sent to me My banking statement shows that my payment went through I would just like to get a response to see if there is a delay in shipping it or what is going on I would like for the company to send my package and refund my money or send my package and provide me with a complementary VIP membership

I placed an order for haircolor on September 26, on September 29, I received an email that my order was shipped as of today October 21, I have not received my order I have made several phone calls and left voicemails I have sent several emails and I have not received any return response I have tracked my package which says it is in Texas I have contacted *** and they have not been able to find my order
