Thank you for allowing our response to this complaintOrder *** was received from *** *** February 1, The order was reviewed and submitted to our local metal manufacture for cuttingInstructions and payment for shipment were also provided to our metal vendorHowever, this was
overlooked and the sign was delivered to our pick up location about February Unfortunately, there was no indication that it was to fulfill an order and the sign was placed for saleUpon learning that the sign did not ship I picked it up to package and shipDuring transportation I scratched the clear coat on the sign and could not send the sign with visible damageI ordered a replacement sign and sent a message through our ordering system to *** *** informing him that there would be a delay because of the damage I had causedI was very sorry and would work with our vendor to expedite the replacementUpon learning that the replacement sign did not get shipped in a timely fashion I requested a refund be sent to ** ***; the attachment shows that the order had been refundedI have since spoke to *** *** and informed him of the refund and that I have experienced delays up to days for refunds to be received by the customerPlease let me know if there is anything further I need to provide to close this complaintThank you
