I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
*** is incorrect about my coat-jacket I have my credit card stating that I put my clothes in the cleaner on Williamson Road including the jacket-coat and when I picked them up it looked nice on the outside and it wasn't until the fall of the year that I got the coat-jacket out of the closet to wear that I notice the lining had been burn.Regards,

In speaking with Mrs*** on the phone about hersweaters she was informed by me that the holes in hersweaters were not the result of the dry cleaners but ofmoths eating at her sweatersShe responded that shedoesn't have moths in her home that it had to comefrom the dry cleanersBut in putting
wool sweaters awayfor the spring or summer if they aren't stored properlythen the moths which like dark places will eat on them.I have sent photos and other material to read aboutmoths and wool sweatersl'm willing to send thesweaters off to a Fabricare company to be analyzed atmy cost to prove that we didn't cause the damage to hergarments.Regards,*** ***

Mrs*** will have to bring the sweaters to the VA $Cleaners to be sent to the Fabricare company for analyzingThe reason being is that it has to come from a dry cleaning company to be analyzedIt will take a weekor two and we will contact her when they have been delivered back to us.Regards,*** ***

If it is at all possible that I can send the articles to Fabricare myself, I am happy to do so.  If that is not an option, I will take the sweaters to the Ms. [redacted] to send.I do not store my sweaters.  They remain hanging in a closet all year (or in a drawer).  I moved to [redacted] from [redacted] in August of this year.  The home where I reside does not have moths.  My home in [redacted] does not have moths.  I have multiple sweaters and none of them have holes.  Again, there were not holes in the items when I dropped them off.  Regards,

Mrs. [redacted] did bring a jacket into my cleaners at the Williamson Road location. After picking it up and taking it home for several weeks she did call and say she found a burn hole on the inside lining of the jacket. She did take it back to the location on Williamson Road and upon me...

inspecting the lining I told her that there was no way we could burn holes in garments. She then showed up with the jacket at my 22O location and was shown that there are pads on all presses and teflon covers on all irons. There is no way possible that we could have burned her garment. Also, in filling out her information she put [redacted] so she possibly has gone to another cleaners besides the $1.95 Cleaners and could be mistaking.Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this action would be satisfactory to me.  I will drop the sweaters off on Thursday, 12/28 for analysis.

In speaking with Mrs. [redacted] on the phone about her comforter I told her in the dry cleaning process it is not a dry process.  It is cleaned with a chemical and the stuffing in the comforter was deformed from the process of the tumbling in the machine which I have no...

control over. The manufacture puts this in there and I don't know what will happen through this process with the stuffing. She signed a release for it to be cleaned not knowing if this would happen or not. I will offer to take care of all cost to turn it into a duvet cover because the same thing will happen again with the stuffing. But also I feel if she just bought the comforter that she needs to go and complain to [redacted]'s about it being deformed because I should not have to be responsible for a problem on the manufactures end.
