I am very upset that the manager began harassing my girlfriend and I was throwing away my trashTold me that they have to pay to take the trash out, and that if I wasnt going to use the facility that I should leaveTold me to take my trash with meHe had no idea that I was going to vacuum and wash the vehicleWhich I did, he stared at my girlfriend the entire time until he went inside where I believe he continued to watch us on a security videoHe came out when I finished as I pulled up to the door looking for the email address or phone number of the ownerHe wouldn't provide that information, insisting that the owner would tell me the same as he hadI beg to differ if I told him that I regularly detail vehicles thereI will continue to find all their social media and leave a review about my experience until I get some word from the owner

He had no idea that I was going to vacuum and wash the vehicle. Which I did, he stared at my girlfriend the entire time until he went inside where I believe he continued to watch us on a security video. He came out when I finished as I pulled up to the door looking for the email address or phone number of the owner. He wouldn't provide that information, insisting that the owner would tell me the same as he had. I beg to differ if I told him that I regularly detail 3 vehicles there. I will continue to find all their social media and leave a review about my experience until I get some word from the owner.

Review: This car wash was broken and did not finish the cycle. It sprayed soap all over the vehicle and then suddenly stopped and prompted us to leave. In a panic, I paid for another wash in the other automatic bay and the very same thing happened. I had to go to a manual bay after that to rinse the soap off. There was no contact information at the facility, online, or in the phone book. The number on the receipt is bogus [redacted]).Desired Settlement: Two "ultimate" car washes totaling $18.00.

Review: Have came to the [redacted] wash often when I need a quick wash. I'm usually highly satisfied. This time the air dryer actually blew dirt back onto the hood and top of my vehicle. Very dissatisfied with my experience. Would like a refund or free wash. Will not be doing business here again if I'm not compensated. I took a picture of one spot on my hood if needed.
