Worst patient care ever...on multiple occasions. ER and psychiatric units. Understaffed, proper safety precautions not taken to protect the patient and other patients. Physical harm caused. Hospital I was transferred to took pictures. Of my bruised arms. Have met with quality control. Regarding these issues and concerns, they have not followed thru on anything discussed. Several witnesses.
