In August of 2013 I hired [redacted] to remove wallpaper from my kitchen walls and re-wallpaper. I was given a price of $800.00. On 9/13 he removed old wallpaper & he requested $400.00. He promised to return 9/30 to complete the job. I called him on 9/29 to confirm, no response. I called twice on 9/30, no response. At 11:30AM I called informing him I didn't want him to complete the job. As of this date I have had no contact from him explaining his absence.
