We want you to know that we are not dismissing your feelings, we have gone above and beyond in order to reach a settlement with you. We are sorry and we understand you are upset, we can offer $200.00 and that will be our maximum, we hope you will understand you did not purchase insurance or replacement, you selected sixty cents per pound per article, we want to resolve you, however we must work together to reach a resolution.

I paid the company $646.92 which resulted in more than slight damage to my furniture. I have provided pictures of the damage. I believe that it is unbelievable that All My Son's would ask me to dismiss the fact that my furniture was damaged after receiving full payment. If All My Son's is unwilling to resolve this issue I will be happy to file a lawsuit. Once again I have attached photos for review.

I am dissatisfied because the company fails to address the cause for the problem and does not provide specific corrective actions.  In addition, the business has failed to reach out to communicate with me at any time during the process.

Sounds like automated response. Of course we reported it to company immediately.Of course we filed a policy report. They have all that information. Still awaiting reponse to their "investigation"

However, this company has told me twice they would send me a claims packet via email. I was promised to have it by the end of the day Friday July 1st. Today is Tuesday, July 5th and I still do not have a claims packet. I have also checked the spam/junk folder, it is not in there. If they could send this packet ASAP, this could be behind us all. Until then, I will continue calling every single day.

Again, we are very sorry we did not provide services to the shipper. The deposit has been refunded. We offer our sincerest apologies. Unforeseen circumstances prevented us from moving the shipper. Any corrective action that was taken will not be revealed to the public as that is against any business practice. However, we can assure you that we never want to not provide services to anyone in the community.
