I have a home that was built in with builder-grade windows In April 2018, I purchased new windows from Green Energy Group, located in North Charleston, SCNo one mentioned that the new windows would be much thicker than my original windows or that my inch blinds and Graber plantation shutters would stick out past the window trimThe blind-hanging hardware did not fit inside the window casing/trim and I could not open my Graber shutters like I normally have themI have a problem with "contact and response" from this company regarding my problemThe installation manager said he would have the workers return and fix the problem and make it look niceThe workers were not skillful at finishing the inside trim casings and left raw wood and some uneven edges showingI had to tell them they were putting the shutters on backwards and had to ask them to please fill the nail holes with puttyI understand that, with any new company, there might be problems but if they can be solved timely and without further expense to me, I would not have any issuesNo one has come to see the repair job and I have not heard from anyone from the company The windows are absolutely wonderful and I have no problem with this top quality productGreat product but not so good business ethics from this company
